SEI1 Limited Virtual AGM Notice – 22 March 2022
The notice for Selective Empowerment Investments 1 Limited (SEI1) 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been issued on the SEI1 website www.seinvest/shareholder Notices have also been shared on various platforms that include the OTC Express Platform, Email, SMS and post to shareholders.
The AGM will be held virtually on Tuesday the 22nd of March 2022 at 10am. Please refer to the 2020/2021 Annual Report (Pages 90 – 102) for the AGM notice and special instructions on how to cast your proxy vote and receive your unique link to join the virtual AGM. The notice of the AGM must be read in conjunction with the 2020/2021 as references in the resolutions are included in the annual report.

The SEI1 team will also be conducting Roadshows in March 2022 prior to the virtual AGM to engage with shareholders on the Annual Report and upcoming virtual AGM. The details of the roadshows will be communicated further.
